How to Turn ON or OFF Restricted Mode on YouTube

YouTube’s Restricted Mode prevents mature content while you are watching YouTube videos. Though no filter is 100% accurate, it’s quite useful when you don’t want your child to view mature content on YouTube. And the best part is that you can easily turn on or off Restricted Mode on YouTube; be it web, Android, or iOS app.

However, this setting is device-specific. So, if you enable or disable YouTube’s Restricted Mode on your desktop browser, it won’t have any effect on the app in your Android or iOS device and vice-versa. So, you will have to change the settings for each device individually.
